These are PERSONALIZED just for your child and their specific skills! Every child is special and unique and their skill development needs to be catered to. Children are not mini adults and should not be trained the same way as the pros they admire. Coaching and training does not have to be expensive to be effective, but it does need to be personalized to gain results.
Large group training can be fun and allow a child to try new concepts with supportive friends, but personalized training treats each child as an individual and provides one of the most efficient ways to improve their skills and fitness levels. Being consistent with off ice training leads to success. Doing 50 squats once a month is not as effective as doing 10 squats every day. Just as bite size cookies are addictive, bite size fitness snacks engage children in a fun and effective way that has them seeing real results with a child friendly commitment. This is why we keep our workouts fun, targeted to a specific skill, and begin with the basics – once a player sees an improvement in their skills and makes a commitment to small gains regularly they are eager to sign up again! With other training programs players are often required to commit a large amount of time and money up front and are left on their own to do the work with a cookie cutter workout program that is not easy for young players to follow.
