- You will receive: A full video analysis of your player’s skills with recorded notes
- 1 age appropriate workout tailored to your child’s unique learning style and fitness level and a month long plan as well as two live 1 on 1 (10 – 20 minute depending on your players age) Zoom fitness mini training sessions to improve workout technique and increase confidence and physical literacy (First session prior to starting the workout, and then again 4 weeks later to check in on technique and progress and guide your child onto their next steps.)
